That post makes zero sense. Lees plead guilty. The charge had to be referred under the Operational Rules. You have clearly completely lost the plot (again)

Saints appealed against the tribunal being the arbiter of punishment.

That appeal was succesful. Who did they actually appeal to in order to have the MRP decision to refer to tribunal overturned?

The tribunal therefore dealt with the case under MRP giudelines.

Fact that Lees pleaded guilty is not really relevant.
