On current form, you would have to say Brett Carter is the best winger at the club, and I hope the board and pv look at him that way. I would hate to see him go to barrow and be wasted in that league. If Elliot leaves them tierney on a years loan would be great replacement.

Lets chuck a couple of Haighs pies on for Cooke   he wont be able to resist them :sarcastic: :sarcastic:

it would be a good battle with him and Doran to get to them.

Ha we've had the spanking of your team even when we are poop. Sammut is good but he can't be everywhere and our pack is just too good for yours and you can't play behind a beaten pack

Wonky 12 Bulldogs 26

Looking forward to it :) it's winner take all

id score more points against the Bulldogs than 12. Not so sure o could keep the score down to 26 though, might have an over lap or 2 on my lonesome.

I'm not sure that people having premiership season tickets is the same as having a super league one. The gulf and quality between the Reds and the prem is huge. We're playing in the division below super league against some quality teams and players, I can't understand the fans who travel to watch the pie eaters when town are on there doorstep. As Geordie says the standard of super league this year has been well below average, and the fact Leigh have beaten a good few sides and ran Warrington very close tells you everything you need to know.

Well jarrod has put on Twitter that he has nothing sorted for next year and when asked certainly didn't say he wasn't staying at town. Let's hope we start discussions ASAP. If we cant meet his wages then fair do's but would hope we at least get in there 1st

My first thought was very bizarre ... And now he's gone to swinton to get a game , although a handful of championship teams were interested . Wonder who one of those may have been ?

dont think Lloyd showed us much at all. Stack there means we can fit Phillips,Alex and kurt in as well. I would say we'll be up to our budget so we shouldn't be paying for someone we don't require.

Haven putting pressure on us for 8th. Regardless of how bad fev have been, to go there and batter them is an excellent result. Let's beat hunslet tomorrow and more or less decide the bottom 2.

#3160694 Town v Broncos

Got to say Mr Sweet must have thought it was heritage round and we'd gone back to the five metre rule ... Never seen a skinnier ten than that , and at times it stifled passing rugby . They were standing so far in front of him they were hitting our carriers soon as they caught it at times . We battled through that though and really won the physical battle . I hope Thacks is ok , shame for him and he said some nice words about the club

think he'll be remembered very fondly by fans and the club. Gave us everything when he played, and still going strong now.
