Thanks Geoff. I must says that I've learned more from that one post than from anywhere else in the last few years. If only the the club would be as open and communicative then im sure more help would be available.

HOTTB, honestly what was the point of your post? You say you don't want to start a ##### for tat row, but that was exactly what it looks like..Tosh may not be an expert but he states clearly that he has some involvement in the training. No matter how large or small that involvement he is more of of an expert than you and I and he has an insight neither of us can ever have. I wasn't going to reply to cluedo because he totally misrepresented what I said, however seeing as its now out there again I will reply. Cluedo read my post. What I said was' ''of Scott Naylor s calibre or better' '. Nowhere did I say he was a great coach. Although I think he has potential and given the circumstances I think he is doing a bloody good job. As for Fordy he was a young coach when he was with us, on his second job as coach if I remember right, just as Scott Naylor is now.
