#3212055 who would you want in?

Posted by OttO on 10 October 2015 - 07:16 PM

Nah sorry your wrong. She is going out with a lad from Dewsbury , honestly ... I have proof

She was going out with the lad from Dewsbury, but she dumped him for a lad from Batley.....

#3207158 Jimmy Lowes

What a pair of whingers Lowes and Rowley are with both complaining about the funding differential.... Not a thought for the bottom half of the Championship who are on a fraction of what they get!!!

well you can scrap Joseph as he's gone to Salford

Surprised he chose Salford over the Mighty Haven.... :O

#3197978 Still hope?

Posted by OttO on 21 September 2015 - 10:14 PM

Oh dear ,we stayed up under our own steam thanks, everyone was eligible to play as well.......

Oh dear, still holding a grudge against Batley I see....

Haven have stayed up after cheating this system by using a loophole in  the regs to play the French players who were supposedly "trialists and then short term contracts" when they were actuallly on loan to get around the limit of 5 DR & loan players permitted........

You should be careful H4E before spouting your mouth off about others....

the ball will be in sammuts court and he will sign at the last moment if he does stay , he will wait until every other offer has come forward and weigh up his options as all sought after players should do

At the end of the day it up to Jarrod and his good lady wife. All Town fans would love him to sign and I hope he does. I know the BOD are trying their best to get him to stay.

4th place is secure, tomorrows result is immaterial now but it would be nice to finish the league and 8's campaign with a win.

The squad, the coaching team and the BOD deserve a huge pat on the back for the where Town are at now.

I'm already looking forward to next season

#3186333 Signings for next season

Posted by OttO on 02 September 2015 - 11:51 PM

Oh dear, I can see it's going to be a long hard road from now until next February with all the rumours already starting to flow.   We should have a thread where all the rumours of players leaving or signing that Old Uncle Tom Cobley and all have heard from some other fairy tale character can be kept together.

The doom merchants are already starting to stir things up about us losing players. I say we should wait and see what happens... Some of the names I have heard as being likely signings have already got me looking forward to next season.

The last 2 seasons have shown Town can compete at this level and have made progress as a club both on and off the field. Town are now able to attract better players.

No he's a Town player on a 1 year deal. Warrington have first option on him for next season.

I'd like to see TW stay at Town. He's still young and has plenty of potential to develop into a really good prop. It's nice to see lads like TW wanting to come back home to play after playing for SL academy teams.

Classy lot those jameaters, talk about kicking a bloke when he's down. No wonder they have such a bad reputation in the game.

Just like they laid into Deakin when he resigned.... .

Person who posted same on dews forum was a dews fan

The quote posted earlier was off your forum... and quite a few posters have said about getting his visa cancelled.. Bitter and twisted

Interesting to see how much the Haven fans have turned on him since he went to Dewsbury.... When it came out earlier this year about his mental health problems they were all supportive of him but now since it turns out he will be playing for Dewsbury on Sunday against the Mighty Haven they are all screaming for his visa to cancelled and get him deported!!!

I'm sure we will be his sponsor for his Visa. We could threaten to have him sacked and it cancelled to prevent him from playing. If he then played regardless we could have him deported.

No nice but they shouldn't try and treat our club with such disrespect.

What a bitter and twisted bunch of supporters.

Perhaps they were too busy concentrating on scrounging players from other clubs so they could field a team, to even think about putting in a "can't play against Haven"  clause in the loan deal....
