Bear in mind that's the same way we got Jake Bradley, though ironically that was Jonty not playing him.

14 team SL a possibility next season

It will also eat into the companies sponsoring the game, they lose national presence, does degsy think they will continue to invest in the sport and clubs if they are of Sky and on some random subscription channel? The whole thing is absolute nonsense, hes basically saying we should give up on trying to have the game funded externally and just rely on fairly rich blokes throwing money at it. -

Hes living on another planet if he thinks 45000 people are going to pay £40 a month for a Super League subscriber platform. -

So Oldham are willing to set a precedent that the RFL can now hold against all future clubs, we will allow you in to the land of milk and honey but only if you take no funding, like that time Oldham did. So literally no club will ever get the opportunity to be promoted into SL unless they have a rich benefactor, basically wall building around the SL elite. Is this what those massively opposed to the IMG infrastructure wanted when they said they want a return to P&R, this closes it of much more. -

Ah, but as with many others you've missed the last line of that, printed in the smallest text size imaginable, in white text colour also, here, I've written it out for you below:- "WE ARE NONE OF THESE" -

I wonder if the people who thought that player was in the wrong to not play and then moved club was still wrong? -
SL clubs look to reinstate Nigel Wood.

He really is a cretin isnt he, basically rich man tells us we should all listen to the rich men as they know best. Lets look back over the past decade with these amazing rich men running the show, the sport has never been in a worse position. It was on the mend and these self same rich men are now back in trying to push their agendas, because they saw their own power and influence diminishing, so now they have put their own men back in to look after the rich mens whim. Absolutely sickening. -

Promotion form the Championship is as loaded against the club going up as this parachuted in with zero funding is, its not some amazing golden goose some seem to believe it is. The promoted club basically has the choice of who`s left after the other SL clubs have had their pick, any from the relegated team who are left over and any overseas they can manage to grab. Maybe one or two good uns from the Championship if they are lucky. -
Yes I am, in general the RL side has been the big brother, but it can fluctuate if the football team does well for a while.

It's 2800 or so, extended to 3700 in stage 2. Theres ample pace for temporary stands, I think infrastructure will be built in for this. https://www.cumberlandsportsvillage.org.uk/stadium-development-overview Detail all there. It's a step up in the last design, much more match day facilities, changing rooms, training etc.

A more sensible approach, a manageable capacity stage 1 with the infrastructure built in for expansion based on one of the clubs getting success, hopefully. So basically the right size capacity for both clubs now, with expansion built in.
