Number 16
I'm guessing that the games won't be on TV so will the Women's WC be streamed?
gingerjon
Good question - can't see it answered on the official page! Build a man a fire, and he'll be warm for a day. RayCee
I have done my bit for women's RL by creating a unique section (called labels) for the women's world cup. https://rugbyl.blogspot.co.nz/search/label/2017 - Women's W Cup I've watched women's tests between NZ and Australia and they get stuck in. My blog: https://rugbyl.blogspot.co.nz/ It takes wisdom to know when a discussion has run its course. It takes reasonableness to end that discussion. Channel 7 is broadcasting every women’s game on Free to Air TV in Oz. They are also streaming. Not sure if that’s helpful to those outside of Australia. Farmduck
As a 22-year-old living in Bega waiting for The Simpsons to start, Kezie Apps knew nothing of women's rugby league and the existence of a World Cup until a 10-second piece on the news changed her life forever. https://www.nrl.com/how-the-simpsons-delivered-a-jillaroos-star/tabid/10874/newsid/115239/default.aspx

Farmduck
Quote As one of the most decorated Jillaroos to ever represent her country, Steph Hancock has gone to hell and back in 2017 so she could simply go out on her terms and not be overtaken by the time that chases all athletes as they age. http://www.nrl.com/jillaroos-skipper-was-close-to-quitting/tabid/10874/newsid/115273/default.aspx

Farmduck
Quote It is about to become harder than ever to make the Kiwi Ferns, and it's being hailed as a game changer for women's rugby league in New Zealand. For the first time in history the New Zealand Rugby League has adjusted its eligibility rules for the national women's team, opening World Cup spots to Australia-based players. http://www.nrl.com/selfless-ferns-drive-eligibility-change/tabid/10874/newsid/110808/default.aspx
gingerjon
England games will be available via the Our League app and the RFL website. Build a man a fire, and he'll be warm for a day. The teams play 3 Pool games so OZ/NZ should finish on 6pts or one of the other teams needs an extra win. I think you're right though. I think OZ and NZ are both probably a few years ahead of the other countries. I saw the NSW GF and I think it was a bit deceptive. I think the Redfern All Blacks were just too good so they didn't need to stretch out too much. Quote Once into the knock out semi finals and I can only see two teams progressing. Then the Australians who have been improving more than the Kiwis in recent years will be too good. Pool A Australia 4 Semi Finals England 2 Cook Is 0 Australia W PNG Pool B New Zealand 4 New Zealand W PNG 2 England Canada 0 Grand Final Australia W New Zealand
