Unethical and untrue is a better adjective for that episode. Indeed if Argyle turned up with Toronto in the Championship next year and a brand new squad...

Well aye.... id agree with unethical..... thats delbert. He's an a-hole. But he's not the only a-hole chairman. He's always had the wad. 

I'd welcome Toronto back in the championship.... nay bother.
