Sezer injured so I assume Tom Holyroydor Oledski next in line for the halves???

If we're being totally honest they will probably put more effort in the guy has been a joke you can count on one had the amount of decent performances he's had and you can bet your last quid he'll rip it up when he goes back to Australia.

That could have described his time with Huddersfield too, an absolute waste of space for most of his time, seems it's been the same at Leeds too, maybe he started sulking there because he thought he was joining a 'successful club', 4 years of stealing wages in our country and a player who will not be missed by either of the clubs he stole off.

His best performances for us was when he was fasting! Maybe he just needs depriving of food to perform?

Any other walk of life he'd have got sacked on kpi's plain rubbish no heart or pride.

No idea which way this is going to go but it's a glorious afternoon for it.

Absolutely dreadful performance from Hull so far. We've had loads of the ball, good go forward, loads of territory, but we've thrown the ball out of to the opposition nearly attack.

Leeds have had about 3 attacking opportunities and scored each time. We've got such poor composure at the moment.

Despite going with a halfback pairing of a second row and a schoolboy Leeds are leading 4-18 at half time.

Leeds have had a great offload game keeping them in this. Their go forward had generally been poor and have relied on us turning the ball over (which has happened a lot!) or our full back not catching (which has also happened a fair few times).

Could still turn this around, but we need to sort out our last attacking play. We're literally giving the ball away!

Leeds have been excellent bar one soft defensive effort.

Watching a different game to me. Other than offload game, they've been average to poor.

I probably mean excellent in the circumstances

In fairness to Leeds, since Hoy came on we've been a lot more settled in attack and have strung a few plays together that Leeds have actually had to defend and they did very well. But again, our defence when it mattered was shocking. Poor way to end the season.

Roll on 2024. Bring on the young guns.

Also, I hope that is Jamie Shaul's last game. Great servant, but he was awful today.

It was a bit like watching a re-run of last week's game, another scruffy error ridden contest between two teams who weren't great but with one of them coming up with enough moments of quality. Had a real end of season feel about it, which of course was exactly what it was.

The big difference for me was that Leeds tended to pass to a team-mate when in the Hull's twenty whereas Hull passed the ball to a Leeds player or the touch judge. Gave ourselves a chance in the second half but Jake Clifford's failure to land a single conversion meant we couldn't get close enough to really put the pressure on. Losing Liam Sutcliffe so early in the game was costly in more ways than one.
