Cheadle Leyther
Is the R.F.L. taking a major risk scheduling the the 1895 games and challenge cup early rounds all the way through mid January and all through February, two of the coldest months of Winter? Fortunately the previous winters have been quite mild. However a normal one this time could cause significant disruption with several postponements. As the Challenge Cup would take preference in any fixture pile-up, the 1895 Cup could be difficult to complete.
Griff
Of course they are. We shouldn't be starting until March. "We'll sell you a seat .... but you'll only need the edge of it!"

It'll probably won't be that difficult to other years.

League 1 doesnt its normally much later. And given that the L1 clubs host the majority of the fixtures that where the issue is going to be. Wollo Wollo Wayoo
Used to love being drawn away to Oldham in the 1st round of the Challenge Cup and attending the game after the standard 1 or 2 postponements. This world was never meant for one as beautiful as me. When else should those fixtures be played?
