Crowd looks shocking.

Hardly surprising with Leeds United also at home.

#2995495 Is Brown about to jump ship at Saints?

Posted by terrywebbisgod on 14 September 2014 - 07:47 PM

I've answered the question with a question. A valid response good sir. :)

But OK....big club lose coach, best coach available currently at a much smaller club, big club make approach, targeted coach makes step-up.

Is that OK?

Do you follow sport in the UK at all?

Yes.I do.At all levels.

#2995452 McDermott Digs at Hull Fans

I remember universal condemnation of Tomkins antics at that time .It was in full swing all over the forums and letters to the mags.

Waste of time trying to explain things to some on here.

#2995383 Huddersfield Giants sign Craig Huby

Well they might. But do you not think they would enquire about Powell and him perhaps be the better option?

He's on the way up, Cas are in the business of fattening up and selling. You do the math.

MATHS.

Saying the booing of Tomkins was from anyone but Leeds fans is a joke

That was pure south stand

Yeah by all means big up your own fans but don't start throwing stones, especially not in Leeds

Let's clear this up once and for all.I was in the south stand during that game, fans from many clubs, not just Leeds were booing Tomkins. It would appear facts count for nothing.Just pathetic generalisations.

He's a good coach but has such an ego. He's extremely arrogant and think that Leeds are a class above everyone else.

Shouldn't that be part of a coaches set up.Macs public persona is quite different to how he is away from the game.

It's a cultural thing.  Go into a game with a casual attitude and mistakes will happen because the players are not concentrating.  Brown is too casual.  Nothing in the way Saints play suggests that Brown is a stickler for discipline, either with or without the ball.  We have had coaches that were and our discipline was very good.  These days it is generally poor.

Yeah,that'll be it.

I doubt Nathan Brown coaches his players to lose the ball in contact or produce the keystone cops moments that led to a Warrington try.You have a coach that has got a team minus playmakers to the top of the league and,as Wiggy Hemmings stated"have one hand on the LLS".Not bad going for someone apparently so clueless.

Brilliant moment, added some humour to the game.To me it showed Rugby League can have both tragedy and comedy.

#2988703 Nathan Brown warns McNamara on Daryl Clark

Posted by terrywebbisgod on 05 September 2014 - 05:51 AM

That's garbage.  He hardly played last season due to having both his ankles replaced.  But prior to that he was going great guns although I think playing 80 minutes in the middle is too much.

But frankly I no longer care.  He did zip tonight except pass the bloody ball.  Maybe that dumb coach of ours told him to do that and Robes doesn't have the nous to do his own thing.  I really don't care.  I hope no Saints players play in the internationals as I'm tired of them embarrassing us fans on TV.

Last week a coaching masterclass and a superhuman display, this week, abject failures. You are a proper ray of sunshine.
