Dave Naylor
Rumour Control reliably informs me that Swinton fans are buying more tickets than Oldham fans for Summer Bash. We can't be having our nearest league neighbours outshouting us on the day. I created a couple of Summer Bash pages on the club website. On this one you can follow a link to buy tickets and this one gives some spectator information for the whole weekend. If you'd rather buy your tickets face to face, tomorrow is your last chance to buy one from the little hut next to the social club at Bower Fold. Do it, do it, do it

moorside roughyed
I would've thought it would be all ticket. The RFL probably don't want loads of cash on the premises. I'd check with the RFL to be certain. Wouldn't want you to have a wasted journey. Or even contact the club, the office at whitebank should be open for you to purchase your ticket/s from there. Dave Naylor
There were no cash turnstiles last year so I reckon not this year too. With multiple teams in attendance it makes sense to make it all ticket. Like Moorside says, getting your ticket from the club is fairly easy and benefits the club financially. Buying direct from the RFL doesn't, unless you follow this link of course
ChampagneCharlieReturns
I'm guessing that after this week all unsold tickets will be returned to the rfl surely you can purchase on the day from the ticket office at Bloomfield road

Dave Naylor
It'll be interesting to see what the 17 man squad is on Sunday. No Grimshaw and Chisholm. I suppose that leaves the door open for a Palfrey/Roper/Owen pairing in the halves with Jack Holmes slotting in for Jamel. Not sure about playing Ashton at centre despite reports he's fully training now. He was terrific at the start of the season and I'm sure he'll cement his place in the side in weeks to come but this game might be too intense as a first one back. Sammy Gee had good games at centre so I'd go for him. The pack will need some tough calls. Spencer, Joy, Ward, Burke and Dickinson are the available props (if the DR boys are coming with us) and then the back three will come from Middlehurst, Langtree, Hope, Thompson. So one or two are going to miss out. Of course then there's the hooker conundrum. Leeming/Owen/Hughes/Files. Let's hope we get it right. In Scott we trust!
