So are you advocating for raising the standard of every club (bar 6/8 clubs)? Or are you saying that it is too hard to do so? I am not sure how fans are just accepting that 80% of RL teams are ####, not sure what RL fans are supposed to even do about that.

I am not sure how learning his trade as an assistant for a few years is showing a lack of ambition. He isn't a player anymore, he could be coaching until his 70s - He doesn't need to rush in and be a head coach instantly

I assume all this "Captains Call" stuff, you are actually talking about the Captains Challenge? I don't really understand what your "case" is, you want us to go back to 3 games a week on Sky rather than all games, because they don't have the same amount of cameras as the NRL does? I think we could still get the captains challenge come in over here, I believe it is a good thing that the NRL does, and it actually seems to take some pressure off the referees IMO. It's harder to do here, as yes, we have less camera angles, so we would most likely get the result of "insufficient evidence to overturn a decision" calls. But there are some clear cut errors that could be helped with it.

On the replay it showed that it hit his hand into Martin's shoulder before then going backwards. I don't think anyone saw that live until the replay to be honest.

God how embarrassing this all is. I am usually excited for any fixtures England get announced with, I would have more excitement for another Combined nations team rather than France mid-season. Not sure how many times we have to face them mid-year before we say it doesn't work. The majority of Catalans biggest players will withdraw in the weeks leading up to the game, as usual. And I don't blame them for it either, it is unfair for the whole of SL to get a week off, but Catalans are effectively all playing an extra game. Won't even go into the fact that Toulouse - Featherstone is the headline game apparently.
