  1. That's an American dance so more suited to Australia, whose population do try to ape them in many ways. The Time Warp is much more British.
  2. Most people who identify as Samoan live elsewhere, over 300k in AUS and NZ with similar numbers in the US.
  3. Current design is for 24 and 25. https://www.rugby-league.com/article/63085/england-rugby-league-kit-for-202425-revealed-
  4. Cant see anything yet but Serbia v Ukraine supposedly on European RL Facebook site shortly, the following is from their website: Afterwards, Serbia and Ukraine will meet (kick off 17.10pm) to decide third place and look to gain world ranking points. Both will be aiming for improved performances and to leave France with a win, with Ukraine being on the wrong end of a 74-8 victory by the hosts in their opening game. Serbia have added Partisan’s Steven Stevanovic and Jason Muranka to their squad to replace Jason Coric and Jordan Grant who were withdrawn by their clubs. Ukraine have named a 20-player squad as Victor Tereszko faces a disciplinary hearing after the first game with Volodymyr Voitov replacing him in the event of a suspension being given. The match will be broadcast via the European Rugby League Facebook Page – www.facebook.com/eurorugbyleague
  5. Same here, repeat visit but just 2 nights in Vegas and combining with a road trip as car hire and "gas" are inexpensive.
  6. France in red and white hoops tonight for some reason, could be a warm up top, looks like it would make a decent England shirt.
  7. Mix of home based and heritage players. Serbia have a decent squad too. I shall be at the Ukraine game v France on Tuesday, am hoping this is the real reason Cleary is in Europe and he will be playing (yes, it won't happen I know, but nice to dream).
  8. I'd put them on par, but if Wigan go and do it all again in 2025 then that ranks them as top for me.
  9. Is the printed press really relevant today? As quoted above, the DM is the top selling daily paper at 600k copies per day, that is less than 1% of the UK population buying it and the vast majority of those are old people who are not the future of RL. There is a lot of nonsense in the IMG ratings system, but at least they do try to focus on other media forms, which is far more influential these days.
  10. I wouldn't expect anything else from them regarding RL coverage, despite it being 2024 there remains plenty of the ruling elite out there still bitter about 1895. Knew they had slashed funding, but didn't realise Newcastle RU were that bad, so still a bit of a good news story.
  11. I don't think they are if you bought from the RFL
  12. Don't know, but it looks like the season ended with a bang.
  13. Hallucinating
  14. Both discharged home.
  15. I ordered mine last November and they haven't turned up as hard copies yet. Take a look in your RFL ticket account, I have mine showing there as digital tickets with QR codes. plus a print at home option.
  16. Is there a point you are making here BB?
  17. It's a 6pm kick off on a Saturday, there will be many thousands happily driving from Hull to Manchester and it'll be quiet going back. I've done it plenty of times the opposite way round for international rugby games and it's pretty straight forward, even in my 10+ year old Kia.
  18. Says "Arena and Tennis Centre", so it'll be at the sports centre, that is also where Wigan played Catalans this year for the European cup. It's only 100 meters or so from the rugby complex, literally just across the road.
  19. I cannot see Penrith agreeing to playing a tough game v Wigan the week before Vegas. As with the NRL teams this year, they will want to be in the US a full week before the Vegas game to fully prepare. Unfortunately for Warrington, this means it'll be a fresh and fit Wigan team they face in Vegas.
  20. Not seen a "mouse trap" in ages.
  21. NRL Dally M Team of the Year Fullback: James Tedesco (Sydney Roosters) Wingers: Zac Lomax (St George Illawarra Dragons) and Brian To'o (Penrith Panthers) Centres: Stephen Crichton (Canterbury Bulldogs) and Herbie Farnworth (The Dolphins) Five-eighth: Tom Dearden (North Queensland Cowboys) Halfback: Jahrome Hughes (Melbourne Storm) Props: Joseph Tapine (Canberra Raiders) and Addin Fonua-Blake (New Zealand Warriors) Hooker: Harry Grant (Melbourne Storm) Second-rowers: Angus Crichton (Sydney Roosters) and Eliesa Katoa (Melbourne Storm) Lock: Isaah Yeo (Penrith Panthers)
  22. If Wigan win at OT they will already have done this in 2024. If the 2025 WCC is not played then they will remain holders so still have all the major trophies.
  23. Junior staying at Wigan https://www.superleague.co.uk/article/4587/nsemba-signs-huge-new-warriors-deal
  24. I guess part of the idea is people will be looking for something to do with everything being shut then, especially those with kids.
