If Wakefield don't want to move to Fev it must be because they fear that putting more money in their pockets will increase Fev's chances of replacing them in SL, as income from stadium and land will soon put them in  a very strong financial position.

Good enough reason not  to move there then.

what are Wakefield Council saying on all of the developments?

Surely they have a stance on it?

They say "if you what to build on green belt land in Wakefield, just promise to build a community stadium to enable you to get  past planning, then we will get around the secretary of states ruling and help you build massive units to make you millions with out having to build the stadium that got you planning in the first place"

So Omega if what you say is correct, why are Wakefield training at Fev as according to you Wakefield aren't interested for a variety reasons in relocating.

Why does paying for a training facility have anything to do with relocating?

Bradford "A reasonable gamble, but unless the ground can be sorted out, it is likely to fail again".I don't like the negative spin here. You fail to acknowledge that Bradford Council (who you also disparage by saying "their council are ######" and the RFL are in serious talks about such a ground.

Take out the "talk" of money and aknowledge bradford Council are considering the ground and you end up with Bradford Bulls top of the pile by a country mile.

Do you have link or further info on a proposed new ground for Bradford?

Nothing I have saved, just reports confirming the RFL and Bradford Council are in talks, but of course as the council own the ground and the RFL the lease this is inevitable.

The massive costs of running a club in that ground mean Superleague is unviable there but the value of the place means something can be worked out, and I hope it is.

no but Super league is the premier competition for sport in this country and a small dilapidated stadium with substandard facilities is not befitting of your elite competition.

Its played on the pitch not in the stands by the way and the pitch is superb
