China with only 1 case? Clearly evasion is their strong suit. 

RL's tally of just 3 looks good, however, as a percentage of participant it would probably be #1.

Without figures for the amount of participants tested, and therefore without being able to see how many people are caught as a percentage of those tested, these figures are pretty useless.

Useless you say, for comparing rates yes, but not for actually highlighting numbers of corruption and drug busted athletes it isn't.

So you aren't willing to tolerate or listen to other people's views but then then somehow have the gall to then call others narrow minded. Oh the irony.
