Salford play Wigan on Easter Monday (I think), is that the first loop fixture of the season ?.

Yes i think they are Wellsy on GF. But im sure it’s Salford/Wigan on Easter Monday but i thought they’d already met at Salford. I don’t know when the Loop Fixts start. I would rather the top division went back to 14 sides.

Amen to that and hopefully that is what we will see for the next TV deal. We certainly now have the two additional well funded and well backed clubs needed.

Loop fixtures aren’t all in one round they’re all intergrated into the season.

Why does it matter?

It's not like anyone needs to note it down, they are just fixtures!

Why can't people just watch the game and stop obsessing over fluff like loop fixtures, size of the league, golden point, thursday night games etc etc!

You must be taking a bit of interest to comment. When the average attendance is done at the end of the season, i myself would only count the regular season and not the loop fixtures.
