It doesn’t tell the true facts as most of those managers would have ended up with a win ratio of 90% with our team against the current opposition.  If we had played in the middle eights then Webster would be closer to 60%.

As you say Mark.... these are undisputable facts.

You may interpret this data how you wish. There are many different influences on this data, all of which is left open to interpretation. But the raw data is fact.

True though these stats are, they hardly tell the story of the great and the good among Featherstone Rovers coaches.

 Mark on wiki it lists Billy Williams 1921/44 and Aubrey Casewel  1944/45 but not on your list

I wrote that wiki list for someone else to post.

This list is the post war list.

I tend not to use pre 1945 because they were not coaches in any modern sense of the word. They were merely physios/trainers and others picked the team, chose tactics, signed  players etc.

What about Danny Evans who had 4 spells as caretaker coach.
