wigan may have been beaten by saints last week but at least both teams put out full strength teams yesterday in a fantastic spectacle for the channel4 cameras and terrestrial tv viewers at home despite the easter schedule - well done wigan and salford - a credit to our game

Pray tell which rules did Saints break by playing the team they did last Friday ??

The non non-existent "strongest team" rule one of "Johnny's moral rules".

Lets see who's made the best decision in 2 weeks time at the SF

lets hope its the team who put out the strongest team possible for channel 4 - since it has invested its time and money into our sport and not the swindling miserable twisters who took the p

So i'm completely clear on this - Saints followed the rules & laws of the game & fielded a team consisting of registered players from the club but your whinging because it wasn't the team you wanted them to field - is that about right ??

If Saints 3rd game had been a Sunday they might’ve played a stronger team we’ll never know. The two schedules aren’t comparable.

So what is your whinge about then ??

Saints breaking some non-existent RFL rule for not fielding their "strongest team", them breaking some non-existent rule with the broadcaster that they must field their "strongest" team for all televised games or them breaking some non-existent rule that fans always get to see them field their "strongest" team or is there some sort of "moral" rule or code that they've supposed to have broken ??

Your making a real fuss over this so just interested on the actual basis for your complaint ??

Thought Bennison played well despite playing 39mins with a broken nose and struggling to breathe,

Saints have now revealed that it was more than just a broken nose, the lad actually fractured his cheekbone in the 1st minute but didn't want to leave the field. It was the doctor who assessed him at HT who forced his substitution.

Fair play to the lad for playing on with such an injury
