IMO Burton put in a fair shift, Senior also but nobody put in a great shift. It's Perry Whiteley I feel bad for, early season play rarely went right, always looking for Hooley and Campbell, then he gets crocked and all of a sudden 'hey, our mate Dale's in, let's fetch him into the game'. Comes back last week and doesn't get a pass although Hooley, trying to play the hero after the Leeds news hits, could have given him 2 walk-ins. Everybody should have had a wake-up call after 1 poor and 1 inept performance. It simply wasn't good enough today.

Wow let’s crucify them all , was  Perry fit

Just how I feel BB, opinions and all that....

So are you suggesting Phil that the team and coach are conspiring against Whiteley?  Would you have swapped Mortons tries so Whiteley could have had more of the ball?  Would we have won today if PW had have played?  Everytime DM scored a try did you secretly think it would have been better if PW had scored instead?

Some posters need to have a night off and see how they feel tomorrow and reflect on the season as a whole rather than just a couple of matches.

Whiteley is great at running the ball out of defence, but suspect under the high ball.

How many of the players in today's 17 were fit? Nobody knows. But, we look beaten up and in need of a rest.

Today was disappointing, but all teams have off days. Look at the Wigan result today at Wakefield, Saints against Toulouse..... It's not just us.

Barrow, Halifax, York and us are very evenly matched, we weren't at our best and we lost to a very decent side. Get over it Phil!

On another day, Hooley and Campbell wouldn't have made a hash of the kick, Gilmore's pass to Campbell would have gone to hand rather than in to touch, and Hicks wouldn't have ruled the try out for obstruction, especially since Barrow's fans and players had accepted it was a fair try and didn't even appeal for it. But they all happened.

Credit to Barrow, they kept the ball alive really well and didn't make many mistakes. On hot days like today, a perfect game plan, extremely well executed, so fair play to them.

People are so quick to criticise! Have you forgotten we are still in Forth place and if we finish anywhere in the top 6 you would all say it's a great season for us! we have had a tough spell of games in the last 2 weeks, 4 games to barrows 2,Today we had an off day, maybe it's caught up with the players, believe me it was hot out there today and it drains your energy pretty quick,i can tell you now nobody goes out  to lose a game!  Don't forget Barrow are also in the top six and playing well so it's not like we have lost to a load of mugs, barrow looked fresher quicker and more enthusiastic today and probably expected a tougher game! It was disappointing today! But overall its been a great season so far! So think about that before you start tearing YOUR TEAM so harshly to pieces!
