JohnM
We're seeing the downside of the fashion for short line dropouts as Penrith concede a certain 2 points 8 nil. “Bouncing on beds, I remember from childhood, is a great depression reliever.” ― Robert M. JohnM
Locked myself in my home office so no disturbance. Panthers back in it with great try made possible by a debatable forward pass. 8 - 6 with 5 to go to half time. “Bouncing on beds, I remember from childhood, is a great depression reliever.” ― Robert M. Dunbar
I expect the Panthers will outlast the Eels in this one. But without Kikau (to the Bulldogs) and Martin (injury) they have really lost a lot on the edges and seem much less dangerous. Shows the value of high impact edge players. Graham
Fantastic. What an intelligent play by Cleary to take the penalty for a binning high shot by Eels and kicks a superb drop goal from just outside the 40m mark. That evens it up at full time. 16 all Golden point! Brilliant thinking. The Australian Rugby League Forum

Graham
So that penalty and the following territory gains gave Moses the position he needed to win the game with the drop goal. Dramatic or what? The Australian Rugby League Forum

JimBronco
Superb game. Lots of drama. That Cleary kick was beyond good and felt that the Eels' players heads were down going in to golden-point time, but Moses came up with the goods.
