We're seeing the downside of the fashion for short line dropouts as Penrith concede a certain 2 points

8 nil.

Will miss first half an hour due to family taxi duty.

I'll be missing the middle of the match (work meeting).

Anyone got plans to miss the end? :kolobok_wink:

Locked myself in my home office so no disturbance. Panthers back in it  with great try made possible by a debatable forward pass. 8 - 6 with 5 to go to half time.

I expect the Panthers will outlast the Eels in this one.  But without Kikau (to the Bulldogs) and Martin (injury) they have really lost a lot on the edges and seem much less dangerous.

Shows the value of high impact edge players.

The speed of the ptb, the speed, strength, determination etc from acting half back should be a lesson to our clubs.  We're generally too slow and leisurely in comparison.

Superb game. Lots of drama. That Cleary kick was beyond good and felt that the Eels' players heads were down going in to golden-point time, but Moses came up with the goods.
