v Haven.

Thought about this before posting. Not going to go into the crowd issue as enough been said. It also takes away the fact of how poor we were again. We are slow, non aggressive and devoid of ideas. We would not have won if we had still playing now !! Some if not all actually, of the new signings have been very very poor at best. Bulman doesnt look interested in chasing down kicks etc , but not surprising playing outside his centre who will never make a break or pass to him. The forwards apart from Langtree, Gillam ,Iaria and Stack are not putting a shift in, Sammut is not where he was last year and Jake Carter and Corkill  are not up to it.

Finding it hard to make anything positive out of this season so far and struggling to find a win. Dont think we will go down but ...........

I tend to agree some kind of measures need putting in place for next time they arrive on their big day out.

I do not see why the well behaved fan base should be affected by it though, difficult one🤔

Must be worse than I thought up the coast if they are getting over excited coming to Barra, at least sheep worrying does not  harm anyone . Something needs to be done if we play them next season at CP for the sake of both clubs, easy one for me count the digits on each supporters hand as they enter over 5 will identify the Haven loons.

Is our Welsh International Hopkins out of favour or injured?

Totally agree with all the comments about Evans, Burke and Brooks.

For all their pre-arrival hype, Evans and Burke cannot break through defensive lines to score.

No doubt they're on big bucks.

Brooks failed to impress last Season too. Sometimes you hardly know he's on the field.

Hope all 3 are on 1-year only deals.

Wells is the only newcomer to impress.

Someone not impressed on his Barrow performances.

Charlie might not have the size of Evans and Burke but certainly gives a lot more effort. Not massively impressed with either of them.

What he lacks in size he makes up in heart, Charlie deserves a place in the 17, but as has been said he is being sacrificed for big earners who have failed to make any impact.

Barrow Raiders have been charged by the RFL following crowd disturbance during our Good Friday defeat to Whitehaven. And have issued the below statement.

The club has been charged by the RFL for failure to adhere to codes of conduct, failure to control the crowd, misconduct of spectators and conduct prejudicial to the interests of the game.

In light of this, we are aiming to try to identify and interview any supporters, either from Barrow or Whitehaven, who were either inciting violence or committing violent acts. We would be grateful if any of our supporters were able to forward names and contact details of anyone acting inappropriately in the video.(Available  on Facebook)

We do not want trial by social media, whereby innocent people are wrongly accused.

We ask supporters who are able to share information to do so confidentially by emailing steve.neale@barrowrlfc.com.

Disappointed to see this but in the two quoted paragraphs... What exactly is the interview going to do? As I don't believe for one minute anyone would be interviewed voluntarily if they were part of the trouble and you've no power to make them do the interview... On the second part, surely anyone providing anything more than names i.e. contact details is a breach of GDPR.
