P&O ferries anyone?

That was my thought too. My wife and I have often discussed visiting Amsterdam but we won't use P&O to get there since their regression into 19th century employment ethics. We may go but it will be via train.

Interesting initiative from the clubs. It would be good to invite some Dutch RL folks over for a KR or York game next year too.

Well I think it's a great idea, however I think people don't realize how cold it'll be in January. Now if someone would move the magic weekend there 😛😛😛😛

Also wouldn't go on the ferry just because the last time I did I was kept up all night by dutch exchange students running up and down the corridor, being told off by their teachers.

The KR fans will be aiming to turn it into a red jersey district.

Congrats to those involved in getting this together.

@yanto how many Dutch fans do you reckon will attend ?

Hard to say Stu.

In January they sold out for a union game  betweenToyota Cheetahs v Selection Paloise ( capacity 5 000) in some union cup.

Quite a bit of union / league co operation at the moment, especially with the womens national team.

From what I'm seeing at this early stage is a lot of promotion from Hull KR on social media and if this is pushed by the NRLB in the Netherlands then I think they can get a healthy local crowd mate .

From what I'm hearing its not just a one off but is a five year project ,which if true should provide a massive boost to the Dutch game and something they can build on.

No colder or wetter than the M62 corridor.

Will be like turning the clock back for all the older "winter was best " camp.

No pies and oxo though.
