jroyales Posted June 9, 2024 Posted June 9, 2024 It will be interesting to see who Sean plays against a side we should, on paper, paste. I would play the strongest side possible so as to get some confidence back into the side. We have to be honest, the last two games have been dreadful and I know we have got injuries but so do other sides. Both K. and NWC had injuries and had to bring in loan players. I've gone on about points difference from the start of the season, I still feel it will come down to it. With that thought K. won't be easing off, they will amass has many points in every game they play. We have to do the same.

We need to hammer Newcastle for the point's and not to lose to kieghley Hunslet and rochdale and up our game there are four coaches who need to give all the players a nudge in the right direction . 1
Roughyed Rats Posted June 9, 2024 Posted June 9, 2024 It won’t come down to points difference. That’s a nonsense. Two points and no injuries is all that matters. Hopefully, we can get a few of the injured players back for this or give them an extra week off.
wozzeryedhead Posted June 10, 2024 Posted June 10, 2024 So at the end of the season and we are on the same points as someone else, who goes up???.
jroyales Posted June 10, 2024 Author Posted June 10, 2024 It's the side who beat the other most using points difference over those games played if they have only played each other twice.
shaw llewellyn Posted June 10, 2024 Posted June 10, 2024 Let's not fall into the trap of assuming we are guaranteed a win against Newcastle. We should win and I expect us to win but complacency is not an option. 4
jroyales Posted June 10, 2024 Author Posted June 10, 2024 Can't disagree with this comment after watching them play last week.

The only other team capable of winning this league is Keighley. We play them 3 times. 1
jroyales Posted June 12, 2024 Author Posted June 12, 2024 All gone quiet! Any ideas about team selection?

shaw llewellyn Posted June 13, 2024 Posted June 13, 2024 I guess the squad will be announced tomorrow and then we can all play RL Manager and choose what we think will be the best team

m brooksy Posted June 13, 2024 Posted June 13, 2024 5 tough games back to back after this one so i'd look to get some minutes into the squad players who haven't played as much this season and ease Moran and Yei back in after significant absences. Keep the spine in place of PLT, Craven , Astley and Wildie to be ready for the big games that are coming up in a few weeks. 2

Bedford Roughyed Posted June 14, 2024 Posted June 14, 2024 With the best, thats a good bit of PR, though I would say the Bedford team, theres, like, you know, 13 blokes who can get together at the weekend to have a game together, which doesnt point to expansion of the game. Point, yeah go on!

sheddingswasus Posted June 15, 2024 Posted June 15, 2024 Really looking forward to tomorrow. Hate the blank weekends.
sheddingswasus Posted June 15, 2024 Posted June 15, 2024 Looking at the squad. Picking the forwards looks the hardest job
Tangle Posted June 15, 2024 Posted June 15, 2024 Good luck everyone going I will try to keep in touch here in Bordeaux one of summer rugby’s faults I have to go away 1
jroyales Posted June 16, 2024 Author Posted June 16, 2024 Looking at how the game changed at NWC when Wildie went into the halves, I would be tempted to play him there and have Aldridge starting at hooker and Paga on the bench. But what do I know?
