Did play better when walker went off, must agree.

Definitely, Connor looked like he could organise us, and matty at hooker is where he should be rather that being used as an very undersized battering ram

The lads gave it a dig and especially in the second half made a game of it. First half was really frustrating,  we got some field position then couldn't play a set of 6 out.  Their first try was our winger deciding he didn't want to be a winger, then poor one on one missed tackles for the next ones.

Negatives include playing Matty at 13, yet loads more injuries and our line speed  hesitation. Flanagan reffing the game and complaining at every tackle.

Positives, All the new lads had a dig, Ogunwole looked like he was going to cause them big problems then went and injured his ankle on his second tackle - doh!. Brad Brennan ( or Michael Van Gerwen was the song on the popular side) was our best prop, and as always Jake was 9/10. Zarrin excellent again, especially at full back.

Definitely positives to take and the lads had a go.

The race is not always to the swift nor the battle to the strong, but thats the way to bet!

I said if we do 80 minutes of last weeks first half performance we had a chance but we chose to just do 40 minutes again but in the second half this time.I thought Brennan looked good last week but his second half performance today was absolutely top notch with barnstorming runs and tackling with aggression which seemed to give the whole team a lift.

I also thought the new lad from Barrow looked an handful and hopefully his knock is not too serious.

Everybody has covered it , so to sum up Saunders at halfback with Forber and Henson back to hooker. We've got two mighty Mike's now and both are an improvement. Reid was good Hutton back next week which is looking dicey. Lots of poor stuff first half and we were told Keighley would fade which they did and that coincided with Bradley getting the red mist that gave us two tries.

Bradley really didn't like that tall Keighley player 😅

It was forbers turn last week so its got to be walkers this week we cant just be putting it all one player this blameing one play needs to stop its down to the whole team not one individual player

One more thing, I've never heard more whiney, miserable fans than some of them Keighley ones, felt sorry for some of the husbands....

I don't think anyone's blaming walker as he had no momentum to play off but it's hard to argue that he was poor today in attack and defence

No ones putting blame on anyone, it was an observation by anok4u, and a correct one. Saunders did well at half back.

They looked a better team than Oldham in the first half got to say, although we maybe made them look a bit better because we had brainfarts every time we got on their 20. Was it one completed set in the first half? We did get a bit of momentum going after our first try, that ok the ref was lying down but jeez it wasn't a try 🙈 what the game plan is with a player you bring half way round the world is, I'm not sure but he should be more involved than he is. Anyway don't know if praising individual players is allowed but thought JJ, Bradley, Brennan and Reid done some real hard work 👏👏

But when every attack goes through that player and he's indecisive and comes to nothing you won't win many games.

Always look better on videos mate, merely stating where he normally played back in NSW cup for Blacktown etc.

I think he's done well until now but he's not involved enough. No idea what Salford seen in him to want to bring him over.

Probably watched same video we did,

To be fair, i actually think he has something to offer but if only he is given better ball and not just used as battering ram (but you could say that about a few of our forwards, never seem to run angles???)

First run he got today was an awful slow pass so he received it walking, ball barely came right until then. Ironically he was subbed for the barra lad and it came right twice immediately.

Walker has failed his HIA.

It looked a nasty one, considering the sin bins we've had this season I'm amazed there was no card for that
