First signing. Sounds like we also have Burns, Thompson and Bradley from Town.

 

Not sure what Ainley is doing but hopefully we can retain him other than that I can't think of many who played last year coming back unless a couple of the Aussies are happy to stick around which I suspect is unlikely. Still a he'll of a lot of work to do.  We need 25 plus players and the board must avoid not being able to field a full side for half the games as we had to last year.

Not sure about Bradley he's on a 2 year contract.  By all accounts Ainley graham and Jamie doran are done deals at town.  Fair play to them

Clarke Chambers announced from Kells .  Following in his old man foot steps , if he can replicate his dad's time at Whitehaven in what was our hey day he will do well.   Not sure what his abilities are like but wish him the best in stepping  up.

I hope the club can put a stop to the new players playing rugby union, last thing we need is injuries and it being the same as last year with players sitting in the stands!!

Christ knows always been stand out when I've seen him . Was reading about lions squad the other week 5 Hunslet Parkside players played yesterday and apparently they've another player who's a try machine top scorer in conference and never got a look in for the tour.  Always great players miss out

Does that determine weather it's a great signing or not? Do you watch any local rugby?

I assume kells done well in the conference last season with all these lads signing hopefully doesn’t hurt them too much
