Rio Mquestan another young backrower.

It's great all these locals are joing but I hope the club are going be fair to them and sign some experienced players particularly half backs and hooker.  Otherwise I think they really will be sickened if when the big scores rack up.

Also have we got any props all these young  lads wlseem to be back rowers and not big fellas either by semi pro standards . We surely need a bit of size up front.

Not gonna lie I'd be very worried for haven if I were yous Murray seems to be signing all town players that jonty probably didn't want with the exception for probably burns and alot off young amateurs and tbf have 18 announced so far so probably only have 4 more to announce

Supposed to be 24 already signed on guess kian mcpherson and Chris Taylor are 2 . Heard today holgate is going for talks when he gets back from oz . And haven or barrow are the only teams he'll sign for ... guess that means he's town bound 😂

Holgate would be a great signing for anyone tbf but can't see him going barrow as they already have Aaron smith and wood at hooker

But tbf I think yous are really undersized and are lacking some big players

Very worried why? It's common knowledge it is a complete rebuild for the club so we're heading into the season with no expectations and no pressure on the young lads coming in. It's a miracle we've still got a club. It's going to take 2/3 years of rebuilding but that's the price we're paying. I've got complete faith in the young lads and it's a credit to them wanting to sign up and test themselves.

It's like me saying I'd be worried if I was a town fan throwing money at players in a all or bust couple of seasons under Jonty, all the Haven lads aren't coming cheap, one especially who is asking clubs for a substantial amount just to sign on then add in the 3/4 overseas lads you're getting into that.

Yeah maybe are going through a rebuild but going into a season with very little size or experience isn't helping the young amateur lads out either as it's a baptism off fire and could either make or break them and potentially on the end off some big scores could also have a negative effect

I've seen a few mention experience now and I think if Taylor signs and maybe one more older head, ideally a forward, we'll have more than enough experience, Burns, Tomposh, Bickerdike, Anderson-Moore, Taylor, Holiday have all been round champ/L1 for a fair while now. The young lads we've signed are all internationals in their own right so they aren't new to the game, they're young lads with loads of energy and enthusiasm. There's only way to get experience and the next couple years are ideal for them.

Was supposed to be retiring but been told he's following Muz again, always did a good job when he came  off the bench and experienced as well.

Confirmed all of last seasons squad have left other than Conor Holiday.

Will be interesting to see where they end up :

Cornhill

Doran Oscar

Doran Jamie

Philips

Graham

Ainley

Carter

Assume Newton will have to retire.

Aussies I think Castle is headed home Evans will probably go to Town and poss Hanighan .  Romeo and Maizen are Widnes possibly and Mcarron no idea.

Jamie, Graham, Ainley, Phillips, Hanneghan, Castle, Evans all town bound. Romeo Widnes, Maizen I assume will be banned? McCarron was fax bound but believe they're in special measures and can't sign anyone till they sell a load

Strange about Corkhill, can't see him being signed elsewhere, same with Oscar not played much unless he's heading to town with the others?

Was gutted when he first went to Town so very happy with this signing, he's the potential to be a great signing

Watched him a couple of times when he was at Millom, looked a top prospect.

So out of all those signing which are likely to be out half backs .  Hopefully not Burns he's ok league one level but better at fullback or wing.
