I suppose the other players and volunteers could be involved in the existing clubs. I hate to think how many people we lost because of one mans egotism

The Southampton club looked a decent side. I hope they won't be lost to the game. I'd like to see the New Haven Warriors make a return sometime too.

I thought there were six, but reliable, updated RL news from the USA hasn't always been forthcoming in the last couple of years.

We are still around in Chicago and plan to operate our local spring competition (the Piranha Guard Development Series) again in 2015. We are working with the USARL to make this happen.

I played in USARL last season and it was a great jump start to my career in Rugby league. I got a lot of exposure from USARL and played with the USA Pioneers but am getting ready for the Vegas 7s

I do hope that the internal struggles for rugby league in the US are now at an end and that the new governing body there can really make progress in promoting the game on and off the field.  It's good news that there is a proper structure in place for teams to work with.  I hope all those teams can grow in their local communities.  Never know, we may see some of them play in "rugby league's homeland" in the not too distant future.  I hope so anyway!

Sad to see Baltimore go (I hope they're not lost forever), but good to see some of the ex-AMNRL teams join up. I hope they will get a re-brand with kits and badges, they do need a bit of a makeover.
