With all other live team sport as such apart from RL not being played and therefore Sky pretty much desperate to 'air' something have put on this game.

I was wondering if this will be good or bad for the game with respect of the next TV contract negotiations not to far away, probably more people than useual will be housebound in not venturing out irrespective of being poorly or not and I should imagine would include a lot of Sky subscribers.

Could good viewing figures do us a favour in the talks or conversely would a bad return not be very helpful?

Both parties will almost certainly recognise any spike/drop at this time and use to their advantage/disadvantage.

Well, If Sky didn’t have the Super League rights the only live British team sport they could show at the moment is netball.

Any game live is good for the sport, how can certain people question this. Probably the same people who say why ain't sky promoting "our game"

Great opportunity for the sport to showcase itself in the absence of other live sport.
 

As long as the SL continues thru the current Coronavirus issue then they should get as many games on as they can. If we pick up some new viewers they might just continue to watch in the future, may even attend the odd game, or buy some merchandise!
