I feel we need to be at our very best on Sunday.  MH may have been well beaten away at Oldham, but apparently they gave a good account of themselves, also at Hornets.

They have recruited 4 on dual registration from Castleford too!   More details within the Twitter link.  Certainly we need to be in good shape in all aspects for the remaining games, especially with Oldham !

i agree Hurricanes will be up for this, as will Oldham, but if Hornets play to their potential and keep discipline they should take the points.

Idk something tells me we will be comfortable winners but something also tells me it will be a hard thought battle. The last time we faced each other we always had enough to counter them but this fixture seems like one Hornets will lose  as a rule.  If we play anywhere near our best we will win but if we drop intensity there maybe an upset on the books. These are games we need to win if we want to make the top three.

See Ben O'Keefe (Wigan) has returned today for another 2 weeks!  Injury replacement?

+ Kieran Rush (Hooker) from Huddersfield for the rest of the season, with Foden injured.

Aiden Rhoden got a really bad knock last week and Tyrer is also out injured

A very important 42-34 win, especially with Swinton losing at home to Donny.  Losing the second half 24-14 indicates the improvement that Hurricanes are now making and hopefully they can dent some of our rivals for the top six. Today seems to indicate that we still have much work to do on our defence, as good as the attack is functioning.  Defence ultimately wins matches, especially when the play-offs arrive. Look forward to reaction to this win.

We have the bottom three to play at home not seeming to be cocky but that should help the points difference, unless the loan systoles into overdrive.

The loan system is an absolute farce, I know we have used it but it appears badly abused, Midlands just stick a third of Castleford players in their  side. Hornets get a couple of injuries and bring a couple in...just like a lot of Rugby League it is  farcical.
