haskey
What a great player who was part of the best front row in the world. Takes me back 6o years to read about this superb bloke. I was in my early twenties when he started , I wonder how old Jimmy is now. These were good days, long gone but hopefully not forgotten . I wonder if JC remembers him. sentoffagain2
One of my all time favourite Fev players.I liked him in the second row but he was International class in that or prop.A late comer to the game he didn't start playing until he was 16.He had a break from the game due to bad injuries, knee i think. But came back to have an outstanding career. He played in the 1970 GB side that won the Ashes in Australia. I wonder how many 40/20's Freddie Miller would have kicked with his precise boot?
