Unicorn 106 Posted October 6, 2024 Posted October 6, 2024 We beat them twice away from home and blew it at home, maybe we weren’t as bad as we thought we were……..we were 1 2
bobg Posted October 6, 2024 Posted October 6, 2024 Hunslet deserved the win and the title, Keighley started too complacent and got stung. Not a very big crowd at the game.

Not a very big crowd at the game. Hunslet absolutely deserved the win, Keighley were very poor on the day. Crowd was decent enough, not sure there was an announcement but i'd have guess about 1800 to 2000.

Jake Webster is still classed as interim coach but the word is he will be the head coach next season. That will make him a board member, Director of Rugby and Head Coach. Not sure how that works.

Your season really hit the buffers when you sacked your coach mid-season. Seemed a bizarre decision at the time & has proved the case. 1

Foster was sacked because he wanted to coach and have a say in who the cub were signing rather than it all being done above him by the DoR and his mate. 1
