@Martyn Sadler Would it not have been much more befitting of a legend of our game, to run a poll asking readers to select their choice of the finest moment of Gary's playing career?

That's arguable, but I think everyone would have opted for his try in the second Test of the 1984 Ashes series at Lang Park.

We have a letter in this week's League Express Mailbag making that very point.
