#3150822 Team for Bradford game

The Blackmore try was brilliant. And Hitchcox cut them to shreds early on. Special mention though for the Bulls fans who stayed to clap Featherstone from the field.

How can we pick 3 from that sensational team performance.I'm not bothering.

The try was confusing. Having seen the replay I am not sure if the referee is actually waving play on from the knock on and the Rovers player assuming the ball is dead is trying to get to the 22 metres line to tap it.At the moment he is trying to get to the tap spot he is being interfered with by a defender. The ref is seen wiping the tackle count out then of course lets the play continue. It was bizarre and gave my team a lift against the run of play.

Remember these big lads attract 3 or 4 tacklers which often leads to space out wide with quick play the balls. Often this goes un-noticed.

Going by reports on twitter the game has involved the usual sendings off and sin binnings for Hock, nothing changes I so hope they goto Super League out of the way

Batley were probably playing dirty like...Fev..Fax..Bradford..Wakey..and Salford.

We were good for five years and that is the reputation we are living off at the moment. We are unfortunately an average championship side at most.Hence we are mid table and that's were we look like ending up. We have conceded 40 plus points on three occasions at home and lost to a dreadful London side at Easter followed up by the heavy home defeat by Sheffield. Yet still people think we are a good side. We lost too much talent for one reason or another in one foul swoop. We put out a side with hungry youngsters at Catalands and almost pulled off the shock of all time. Now re are reverting to signing older players to get us that 4th spot. What's the long term answer?

They've used these tactics on more than one occasion when Fax have had the upper hand.

Don't be hard on yourselves. Most points come from enforced errors.Take your try just before the interval. Knowing the clock had run down Fev should have played a little safer. You have a good side and you will win most games with that form. Good luck for the rest of season.

For me were far from a lean mean killing machine,so I would opt for one of the "easier teams at home
Giving us the best chance to advance to the "big boy round"
But all come with no chance of going thru to the next round
Nightmare games to avoid
North Wales away
Barrow away
And the most poison chalice
Sheffield away
Don't want the dogs home or away as I've little faith in our current ability of 65% completion rate against a team who can and do raise the bar when playing us
So leigh miners home is my pick for the next round
Happy now ;)

I can put my house on that you won't be going to Barrow Coolie.

Only difference is AlanE is that your players will have to run a bit further than they normally would do at Post Office Road. And the ground looks great now thanks to our hard working volunteers and people who have spent money donating to a marvellous cause.Enjoy your visit but not too much.
