Scoreboard being replaced?

Looks like a crane is currently  working on the scoreboard right now...is it being repaired or replaced....

Electronic but its old and the lightbulbs are corroded in there and they can't be removed to be replaced.

None...we just put in a whole new scoreboard instead....rolling in money over here...grows on the trees over here.
