There is nothing at all about limited access within the ticket application for either El Classico or the Hunslet game.

So, for atmosphere and the club’s coffers 🙏….for a 👍🏿 soon.

It would be good for marketing purposes to have an official statement from the club.  Letting people know for sure they do not have to hesitate about being able to get in.

So its 920 maximum again….for our big derby game. And still no explanation.

How long do we have wait for an explanation. Come on Mr Chairman…a-maze us with an explanation.

Isnt it time that dirty laundry the chairman spoke about got an airing.

Dont the supporters of both teams deserve an explanation?

There have been enough jokes made over the years about Shi**bank. But at least everyone was able to attend the game.

Shi**banks not all that bad these days, at least you can get in😁. Yes I agree, both sets of fans deserve some sort of explanation.

Don't think I'll bother tbh. Rather pay on the door. Can't be bothered with tickets.

You cant pay at the turnstiles, it will probably be chaotic on Friday

I agree. This mystery has gone on for long enough.

It probably will be chaotic. Can't understand why they're doing this.

All (920?) tickets sold for tomorrow and fans without tickets being asked not to attend.

As we are stumped at 920max for Oldham on Good Friday, I guess this is going to be the norm this season.  Hopefully not, especially if we contest the play-offs.

Should be a noisy stand section and a cracking match...Hornets by 10.

nothing ‘Good” about friday, telling folks not to come to the match and find something else to do with your money.

Folks will do, and if a’maze”ingly we manage to rent out a bit more of spotland it will not be easy to lure these folks back.

A very sad day for Hornets.

Fantastic win for Hornets, especially with the red card, which seems to have galvanised the red, white & blues to the important win.  Was the red a harsh decision?  Trust our fans won the noise output. Happy Easter indeed!

I thought it was harsh. One of those incidents were a player moves his head towards a opponent but no contact is made. Apparently that’s all you need to do nowadays to get a red card with all the issues of head contact and Alzheimer’s. In the old days it might have been a penalty. Even last season it might have been a yellow card.
Near the end when a couple of Oldham players got frustrated and lost the plot and went in with swinging arms at Hornets players on the ground all we got was two penalties.

Funnily enough the sending off worked in our favour because we really stepped up our game after that and Oldham, who’d been playing pretty well up to that point, went off the boil. I think they expected us to run out of steam and fold after the red card and by the time they’d realised we weren’t folding it was too late. Our pack woke up and started to run straight giving our half backs a platform to move the ball around.

I said to Mrs Shoelaces before the game whichever pair of half backs get on top will win the game and I thought Sheridan and Chase were outstanding.

Thanks for the detail Tyrone (and I guess the Missus’ input!)…the ‘lads’ appear to be melding into a slick force. With the extended travel ahead, starting in London and Cornwall, no doubt Matt will be avoiding any complacency to continue the very promising start.

Good game today .They all played well and for each other. This team is going to want some stopping . Two long treks coming up , team spirit should carry us through those. Shame about the ground issues the attendance could have been doubled.

That's the biggest shame, the ground issue. I think you all know what there would've been more of us there definitely. Whatever problems the rugby and football club could do with being resolved. As I posted earlier well done and we'll see you at ours. More than likely no restrictions and pay on the door as well as ticket entry 👍. The more the merrier.

I would have though yesterday would have been ideal for the fans that just decide to go on the day. The ones with no plans to do much and look at the fine weather see a game is on and decide to go on the spur of the moment.

Exactly, whoever made the call to impose these restrictions hurt your club from a PR and financial point of view. I hope the rugby club and the soccer club can sort out whatever differences they have. One things for sure I would've been there but the faffing about with tickets, crowd numbers etc. Its Spotland not Wembley.

The complaints about match day restrictions are continuing with complaints from home and away supporters. As it stands you [the club]are damaging the  match day experience for fans and reducing the number that turn up on the day.You have to  explain now.
