As per the post you are answering, re 'Who decides on what level of force the secondary contact had'.

By linking the information you have It seems you are intimating/suggesing that these mouthguard devices are connected from every player to a reading device located where the Video Refs makes his decisions to make a call on the level of force applied, if that is so I have never heard of that technology being utilised as a 'live' instantaneous aid for the VR to make a judgement, can you please be more explicit and provide evidence of this.

Huyton... split me corn flakes milk reading that... that came out of your distance memory...

Having been brought up in Huyton and watched a fair few games me thinks even in jest a slight exaggeration...

Couldn't bear Alt Park 😂

Have to say, it's not something that I can find in any RFL materials, or indeed the framework doc on head contact. Nor have I ever heard the mouthguard data referenced by the mic'd up official at the game when issuing a card.

I'd be very surprised if we're asking video refs to analyse mouthguard data during a stoppage in play.

I'm sure we're not asking video refs to do that

Why then post the link you did, which obviously had some indication on answering the question about who decides the force of impact in a tackle, which was in reference to a 'live' situation, resulting in a player being dismissed from the field of play.

It must have been the mid seventies going to watch a game at Alt Park, I pulled up on the club car park to be greeted by these lads about 10 years old, one came over to me and said "mind your car for 50p mister"!
