LeytherRob Posted October 15 Posted October 15 Will be interesting to see what direction the coaching goes in for 2026, does Haggerty get it to continue the Rowley philosophy or does a coach come in from the outside and get to put their own stamp on things? Either way, as an opposition fan I’d always prefer to come up against a Salford team not coached by Paul Rowley. 1

It does, and I definitely see how this is preferable to losing him entirely but I think this comes at a cost because Salford are an inherently worse team without Rowleys direct coaching input. 1
Stanley30 Posted October 15 Posted October 15 (edited) Great news. This will mean an appointment from within and the attacking style of play will be pushed into the DNA of the club. Great move Peace off leeds you robbing barStewards. You've had enough from us over the past 12 months. Edited October 15 by Stanley30

DG70 Posted October 16 Posted October 16 Rowley could have his pick of almost any coaching job in the SL so for him to be staying on at Salford in a different role suggests maybe the club is brewing something very interesting and attractive. 1
Taffy Tiger Posted October 16 Posted October 16 (edited) Looks like Salford are confident of SL next season Our Head Coach will continue to lead the first-grade squad for the 2025 Betfred @SuperLeague campaign Edited October 16 by Taffy Tiger
