I have my own opinion on it. I was asking for yours.

My opinion is that McGuire milked it.

It helped mitigate him lashing out with the boot if nothing else!

Anyone that thinks McGuire is whiter than white and not a seasoned pro capable of foul play, dirty tricks etc., is either blind, a fool or both!

That isn't a slur on McGuire - as I have said, he's a seasoned pro.

If the matter is closed why is McGuire going to get 'serious verbal'?

You're no sherlock Holmes are you?

RoyBoy Thanks for the invite, what is your pre-match local, and where do I find it in relation to the railway station and stadium?

I'll be in the Boot Room - Corner of Anlaby road and Walton Street.

Basically come out of the train station onto Anlaby Road, walk down Anlaby Road (or hop on a bus - it's not to far) past the Hull Royal Infirmary, over Anlaby Road Flyover (you'll get a great view of the stadium on your right) then the pub is at the bottom of the flyover.  The pub was called Parkers for many years.

I'll PM you my phone number - I should be in by 5:30 - 6:00

This tribunal find the player guilty of dangerous contact. It is accepted this was not a premeditated act and there was no intent to injure. The player has conceded he was trying to slow the opponent down. It is also accepted that the player’s momentum may have caused him to roll. The tribunal are satisfied the player took the opponents leg into a dangerous position whilst it was vulnerable. There was a twist by the player and the player clearly held onto the leg for far too long.

That's from the Disciplinary Tribunal Report

I now deem the matter closed!

Needless to say If D M plays tonight he'll get some serious verbal from the East stand !!!
