What Are You Listening To - The Reckoning

I've been listening to the new album by Madonna. Yeah, yeah, I know it's really cool to slag her off these days (in a way that it wouldn't be quite so cool to slag off a bloke still making music 'at that age, look at the state of him, why doesn't he retire gracefully' etc) but, in my opinion, it's actually very good. One of the few new albums by any artist lately that I've felt compelled to even want to listen to more than once.

And she still makes an effort to use a music video to do more than just flog a song...

I am mixed about that. I mix with the young and the idea that she was a sex icon rather than really creepy seems strange to them. I think a man who seemed predatory to younger women would be seen as creepy.
