Nice bloke indeed and yes, he joined that exclusive group of people who objected to being the target  of "all guns blazing"  from people who did not share his views. In his case it was, I believe, because of the constant and unrestrained attacks and sneers from forums arrogant Remainers. Can't blame him, either.
