He's given SL some good seasons. See also his HKR team-mate Shaun Kenny-Dowall, who is also leaving the club.

when he was at his absolute peak in the NRL - he didnt think twice about giving his all for the  Scotland national team - great trait in a top player

Very good player who has enjoyed a good career. Hopefully he hasn't had one head knock too many, although he always had a very impressive recovery time.

I can confirm 30+ less sales for Scotland vs Italy at Workington, after this afternoons test purchase for the Tonga match, £7.50 is extremely reasonable, however a £2.50 'delivery' fee for a walk in purchase is beyond taking the mickey, good luck with that, it's cheaper on the telly.

Good decision and timed it perfectly as he has missed more games than he would of liked through injury, especially head knocks, let's hope he goes out with a bang with Rovers this season. 

 

Heard he's been a busy beever in his spare time and has gained some engineering degree. Will be missed at Craven Park for sure.

Superb player for Saints. There was always a bit of “how will we replace Ben Barba”, which feels a bit crazy in hindsight, who was great with ball in hand but Coote was a much more rounded player and contributed to the team going to a new level. Probably one of my favourite players we’ve brought into the club for some time.

One of the best Aussie imports of the SL era, made a huge contribution to Saints successes, and a thoroughly likeable bloke too.

Hopefully HKR can have everyone fit at the end of the season and send him and SKD (who has been a titan since he came over) home with the SL title.
