How come you don't go anymore? Watched us under the CH regime at Bower Fold/Whitebank but don't watch us now.

I jacked in when the previous administration was there. I hope these new people can bring the fans something to cheer about. There were a lot of people that left when the previous administration had the club and drove it into the ground. It's looking better already.

Hope you are OK Gerry, and fight through.

I am still fighting with going to, went a few times last season. Does feel different if I'm honest. That is because my dad isn't here anymore and none of my kids want to go.

I've had my own struggles with chronic pain in my spine caused by playing.

I hope you both make it sometime this season. I really miss you both. Yes it does feel different, lots of new faces. There's a part of me that still misses Whitebank and Bower Fold when we used to get the crowd changes rather than the team changes 🤣

But it's good and exciting too.

Clifford I've just re read Roughyeds Kitbag with its pictures of Herman. Actually quite interesting to see how low some of the crowds were pre war too

Chin up both and, hopefully, see you soon.

I am just going through the 70’s for another project and some of the crowds were dire. On this day in 1972 we played Doncaster at Watersheddings and on the back of a 33-0 away victory just 1214 came through the door. Oldham actually won 44-5.

Hope you two get on the better side and get to a match or two.

Hi Chris, I've been invited to the hall of fame at the end of the month.

There's been a few occasions I was going up but I haven't made it.

My dad had a couple of Herman's caps and his championship medal. When he died they had gone. I know my mum and dad sold a lot of things to pay for a few things. One day I might get them back

Hope you do. Things like that should stay with the family.

It seems to me that Bill and Mike are keen on the heritage of the club.

The documentary that is coming out is almost 4 hours long. It will be available via Apple I think. The bits I have seen and heard so far ( other than what’s been Facebook) are excellent.
