Well I am struggling to describe last night. It was the greatest show in the world.

The boys were superb, as were all the performers. I dont know how they are gonna top this tour off.

I hadnt looked on youtube before the show as not to spoil it. Its been fun re-living it this morning but it doesnt quite live up to being there. Here's a few highlights. If you dont look at them all I would urge you to view the last one. Its obvious now seeing the video how they did it but the effect is still staggering.

My whole body is aching this morning. I sang, danced, jumped & screamed like I was 17 again & I feel it still.

The club we used to frequent between the ages of 22 & 26, until it was closed due to the hotel it was in being taken over by a major chain & they didnt think it was suitable to have a nightclub on the premises , is having a one night only revival tomorrow night. I went to get tickets yesterday & the events organiser was telling me they have sold a lot of tickets & mostly to people who used to go there. It should be a good night & will hopefully see some old faces I havent seen in a while

I am gently easing myself back into the French way of life.

So far I have done absolutely cock all. The entertainingly named cat is back, and still supporting Widnes. The washing machine has given up the ghost. I am off to have lunch with our French correspondent in a couple of days. It is raining but still jolly hot. The Citroen DS is a talking point wherever I go.

If only I had some form of income......

My cat saw off another cat from the garden this morning. She took off after it, over the side fence, tail like a loo brush. She returned about 5 minutes later swaggering like John Wayne with a look of content on her face that she got rid of that
