It is a difficult subject within Wales RL as some feel he Feathers indicate English influence (Prince of Wales) with German writing in the scroll. This is, I believe, why they run with the Dragon logo as well at times.

As well? At times? Surely it's either one or the other and stick with it? It's confusing and hard to build up brand identity and allegiance.
