tuutaisrambo Posted November 13 Posted November 13 Assume it's a new supplier? Ellgren was meant to be a 3 year agreement (so one year left) but we've ended a few deals early since then Maybe Hummel again as I've seen they made the Rob Burrow kit and a few other things towards the end of last season? You'd think they'd want it available for Christmas Looking around there aren't many other teams revealing new jerseys outside Super League. anyone know owt? Â
pud80 Posted November 13 Posted November 13 Went in the club shop towards back end of the season and hardly any ellgren stuff in but had lots of hummel gear in stock, think that tells you something to be honest...
Michael Bates Posted November 18 Posted November 18 I think we've probably burnt bridges with Ellgren. Seems like a lot of issues on both sides from my uneducated view. One problem with the constant switch of suppliers and limited stock we get means pre-orders are a lottery as sizing varies wildly from supplier to supplier. Not ideal.
Fevrover Posted November 21 Posted November 21 Friday 22nd November shirt launch according to Rovers FB.

tuutaisrambo Posted November 22 Author Posted November 22 Looks like some sort of construction site or skyline behind the main sponsor..........don't have a clue who it is? Could be be one of Paddy's businesses....looks like brickwork bottom right of the pic Â
The Phantom Horseman Posted November 22 Posted November 22 (edited) New kit unveiled. Can't get a more solid, dyed-in-the-wool Fev legend than Pete Smith to promote it. Good stuff.  https://fb.watch/w0i0xvy01b/ Edited November 22 by The Phantom Horseman 4 "I won’t engage in a debate because the above is correct and if anything else is stated to the contrary it’s incorrect."Â
tuutaisrambo Posted November 22 Author Posted November 22 Looks more like a one off/charity type kit than a main home jersey but it could be a heck of a lot worse. That's 2 years now......traditional butchers stripes in 2026 please. The sponsor looks good. Â

Rovers fev Posted November 22 Posted November 22 It’s something different, we can’t have butchers stripes every year otherwise fans wouldn’t buy it, I’d expect the away one to be equally as unique 3

That's true and last one was 21 looking back through the archives since 2000 the traditional butchers stripe seems to re-appear every 4 to 5 years so next year is a possibility Having said that I would have liked irrespective of the home shirt a traditional butchers stripe in different colours preferably chocolate sometimes make an appearance as an away shirt offeringÂ
Michael Bates Posted November 25 Posted November 25 I wasn't sure whether I liked it initially, I think it looks better on the video than in the mock up image. I think the very square lego looking stacks of coal are what is putting me off
