Shocking 2nd half. Catalans just happy to hold on to lead and invite wakey to give away stupid 6 agains and penalties.

Wakefield happy to oblige.

This world was never meant for one as beautiful as me.

In the second half so far, Ashurst scored a try after 48 mins and Lino added the goal to make it 10 - 16.  Since then, Les Dracs have kicked two penalties courtesy of Mourgue, after 68 minutes, following a high tackle, and 74 mins.  Currently 10 - 20 with about six minutes to go.

FT. 16-20

Too much to do after opening 5 minutes.

FT 16 - 20.

Incidentally, Les Dracs began with 8 French players on the field; I could be wrong, but I think Trinity started with a similar number of English players - a quirky little statistic if true!

Yes, those 12 points at the start were vital. Pity as it would have put a bit more pressure on the Warrington v Toulouse game.

However, the points difference wasn't damaged which could be vital.

It shows how important it was that Hull KR won on Thursday.

Good opportunity for Trinity today against a Catalans team with a whole pack missing and the late withdrawals of Tomkins and Pearce. Trinity will be disappointed I'm sure.

I reckon Catalans came into the Wakefield half only twice in the second half and left with successful penalties both times.

Would like to see a replay to check if Hall took the right option going for glory after the final hooter rather than feeding Kershaw.

Massive game now Wire vs Toulouse.  French arent down yet

If Wire lose to Toulouse at home it would register as most probably the worst performance of what has been a season to forget for them, there is a good reason that Toulouse are bottom and it showed against a very understrength HKR on Thursday.

Wire will win this game comfortably I think,

Looked to me like he tried to kick it through, it came off his knee and Catalans dropped on it.
