Pay on the gate for me. It could turn cold again with a few days and, if it doesn't go ahead, getting my money back from your lot would be a work of torture.

Cold spell,   eeeeeeeeeeeeeeeee, when i were a lad,we had to dig our way outa house to get to school it were up to top a door frame were t snow drifts, these youngsters dunt know there born nowadays.:kolobok_resent:
