Not be as many Fev fans travelling for this one, Leeds Utd in play off final so a lot are either going or watching  it on tele.

That didn't go according to plan with Leeds then - or Fev.

Best side today. I thought all our middles did well. Makin and Brown were just as good as Razor and Walker. I also thought Costello and Wilkinson sharing duties worked well also. Great 2 points. 🏉😁

Best performance so far this season. Dominated the game, thought everyone gave their all. Well done Raiders!

1st 20 mins I thought Fev looked good   2nd half was the best we have played this season. Well done to the Barrow Ladies team.

Ryan Brown was very impressive! Harvey Makin being available is a huge plus, so reliable.

Great header by Harvey for Broadys try 😂

No Gilliam or Rathwell either - Shaw couldn't have converted the tries any better than Johnson did. He might find it hard to regain his spot.

Stuck to a simple game plan for the whole game, great to see. Was struggling to pick a mom so quite fitting the whole team were selected.

Great performance, everyone put the effort in but the pack was outstanding.
Seemed like a good time to play Fev with their injuries and we made the most of it.
Hugely reassuring to see we have another goal kicker, Johno looked very comfortable.

what was the half time score?

6-6 half time, great kicking from Johnston, not sure why shaw wasn’t playing? Still think Dallimore is much better than Brad walker! He’s not good enough for askams B team!! Rubbish!

Brilliant result and great performance from all 1-17. Should give the lads the confidence that we can compete with anyone in this league

Kicked a drop goal today to seal it and an assist for the first try to bring us level.

Thought he had a good game today. Set things up and kicked well. He looks laid back but does his work.

He had just as good a game as Johnston, both controlled it well. Also Askam don’t have a B team!

"One day a year like this will see me right"....as Guy Garvey says...I can't remember as good a day with  a cracking Ladies game, wonderful turn out from the old  Heritage players and as good a performance from the Raiders as you would hope to see.Would love to see a list of former players who turned out...recognised a few of the '83 side..Eddie,Andy Whittle,Alan Hodkinson,Terry Moore,Derek,Cairnesy...was sure Steve Herbert was there too.Could someone produce a list...come on Steve Andrews..it was if the pages of "Keeping the Dream Alive "had come to life..let's hope we get more of the same..not just one day as Mr Garvey has it.

There were quite a few who didn’t walk round at half time as well who I saw in the ground.

Others who lapped the pitch

Steve Tickle, Chris Archer, Glen Middleton, Graham Petcher, Adam Pate, Gav Chelton, Tommy Dawes,Nathan & Steve Mossop, Phil Atkinson, Pat Trainor apologies to some I know I will have missed, great atmosphere at the ground yesterday and also a great performance

Highlights, courtesy of FRTV.

Brad Walker made the pass for Bulliman's 1st try, made the kick for Toals try and sealed the win with a drop goal.

MOM!

It's a pity the Raiders can't be bothered putting together a short highlight video for home games like most every Championship Club do inc. Whitehaven.

The entire game is required to be recorded by the league for disciplinary purposes, it's just a case of editing it.
