They normally do
A lot of Yorkshiremen believe that when God created the world, he made it with perfect balance.
He balanced the hot areas with the cold areas. the dry areas with the wet areas.
And, in creating Yorkshire, he created the most glorious place on earth - full of majestic beauty and sporting giants.........and for balance he created....... Lancashire.

not a must win for eagles but it would secure a play off place for us raher than having to watch over our shoulders so fingers crossed we can pull it off..

Interesting that Widnes are to be included in Super League in 2012 but yet could fail to even make the play-offs

Totally irrelevant as
a - It's 2 years away and
b - It will be a very different squad in SuperLeague (if selected

I know but you can't help but think for all the poor Castleford fans over on the other forum, when Widnes will replace them in 2012.

Should it happen I think I can just about live with myself.
Just because you think everyone hates you doesn't mean they don't.

Quite right. Everything that happens on the field is indeed totally irrelevant. Just the way real sport should be.

I don't think it matters who replaces them to be honest. Whoever makes the drop will presumably have had three years of grace in order to sort out their club and have not done it. Considering the difficulties the clubs in the championship have been put under in that time I wont feel sorry for them whatsoever.

I reckon Widnes'll win quite comfortably - the 'let's do this for Paul' factor (which is why I'd like them to win).

I have to say that I agree and while Bradford will be safe till at least 2015, you have to wonder why Wakefield and Castleford have been dilly dallying with regards to their stadiums.
