Wonder if they will bring a decent following on Sunday, looked to be no one at the game against London.

 

Nothing to lose for our boys and i'm sure they will be looking to send JK and Linners off with a win, and all the pressure is on Salford, so could be a very interesting afternoon, cant wait for it.

What we're dealing with here is a complete lack of respect for the law

I would imagine a reasonable turnout from their fans due to the hype around the game from their perspective BTJ. Mixed messages coming out about Marwan in Daily Star, ' should I stay or should I go'!

Good ref in charge on Sunday, Chris Campbell, so we have all to play for, with added spice of ex Dogs Hull bound Josh Griffin, and Greg Johnson in Salford ranks. A winnable game from our perspective, if we turn up with our Headingley attitude.

For me this is a most terrible game....

I've to cheer batley which is totally against all logic,breeding,and against every thing the Lord taught us (better put all religions wouldn't want to be accused of microscopic racism) ;)

I hope you beat salford on Sunday and I'll be there

I refuse out of down right principle to pay £24 into a game of Rugby at what can only described as "a unfilled hole"

£24 for 80 minutes rugby

That's more than I paid for my one and only trip to Wembley

£24.. That's more than my first ever weeks wage..

£24.. Back in the day I could have 96 pints of hand pulled tetleys in the imperial on braddy Rd

£24..I could have had 23 chicken chop suey's and fried rice at wellings Chinese on braddy Rd

£24..I could have 8 Sunday nights out at the Knottingley wells

£24.. I could have had 36 pie & pea suppers at the old little pie shop at hick lane

£24.. I could have had 14 keema madras with 6 chapattis at the shaheen next to the crumpet club on braddy Rd

£24.. Would have taken me twice to the 1980 monsters of rock concert at Donnington starring rainbow,judas priest,saxon

£24...would have taken me 48 times in to the boys pen at Elland Rd.

I've had all that for £24

Do you really think odsal is more appealing than that??

Don't get me started on the £5 car park charge ;)

Yeah and they've put the car parking up to £14 ;)

£15... I could get a metro card for a month for that

£15.. I could go see enter the dragon & death race 2000 double bill 4 times at the classic in Dewsbury

I've been to see leigh (beaten)

Bradford (drawn) (halifax) beaten all in entertaining games at batley 240 minutes all given rugby league

Or I can have 80 minutes at odsal....really ;)

Well we were dire against London and honestly can see you winning this one to be honest. Looking quite forward to the champ and visiting some great grounds. And now that Koukash wants to stay through the champ i think the tour of it should only last a year or two.

Not as dire as we were against them! They will beat Fev so it's up to you to beat us. But even if we beat you you guys have the greater points difference. Answer lays with how many Fev will concede...

Just checked the table and many permutations for the Million Pound game remain. HKR or Giants can finish 3rd, one could actually finish 2nd if Leigh thump Rhinos. If we beat Salford and London beat Fev by a lump they could finish 5th, if Salford beat us they finish 5th. The play off would therefore be any of HKR, Giants, Salford or London but it does ensure that at LEAST one SL team will be relegated.

What you don't want is for you to lose to Salford & Fev beat London because I think I think theirs a difference of 25k for finishing 7th or 8th,am I right?

If you beat Salford and London win or draw, it doesn't matter how many they win by, they will finish 5th.  In other words you can relegate Salford this weekend

it looks like there's a 50k pay-out difference between 7th and 8th.....I've seen 7th 475k    and 8th 425k.......all the way up to 7th 550k  and 8th 500k.....( Yorkshire post the latter and latest ).....

I cant see us beating Salford....it just means too much to them....so we will need that London Win sadly.....
